Who this notice covers

This notice is for InCarz at incarz.com only. It describes what this HTML-first publication actually does today. The publisher has not published a registered office, company number, or a named privacy officer. Those facts will be added on contact before indexation — they are not invented here.

What we collect

Editorial pages ship essentially no publisher JavaScript. There are no accounts, no comments, no newsletter form, and no payments on this hostname.

• Technical request data is created when you load a page: IP address, User-Agent, path, status, timing. That is for operating the site, security, and debugging — not for building a marketing profile.
• Traffic is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data to run CDN, DDoS protection, and logs. Their edge is global. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice governs their processing.
• If analytics is enabled later for this hostname, events are tagged with this site’s own analytics identity (siteId: inc). That identity is per-site. It is not reused as a single tracker across other hostnames.

Because there is no public mailbox yet, we cannot honestly say we process inbound email. Do not send personal data until contact publishes an address.

Why (draft)

The purpose is to publish the magazine and keep it reachable. We are not claiming a named GDPR lawful basis or an ICO registration number we do not have. We do not collect marketing consent because we do not run a marketing form.

Sharing and retention

Infrastructure vendors (today: Cloudflare, and the host that runs the Worker and database) see what they must see to serve the site. We do not sell lists of readers. Log retention is “as long as needed to operate,” not a fake numbered policy; a numbered retention schedule will be published when counsel and the vendor contracts exist.

If a future on-page tool posts input to our servers, this notice will say so. Current editorial HTML does not.

Your requests

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. We will honour a valid request once a contact channel exists. Until then, this page tells you not to send the data. We have not named a supervisory authority as “our” regulator because we have not published an establishment.

Cookies

This publisher does not run advertising cookies on incarz.com. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. There is no cookie banner promising optional analytics that is not actually on the page.

Children

InCarz is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from under-18s; there is no form to do so.
