The brake pedal can feel different right after a car wash because water on the discs can briefly change friction. Wet friction surfaces can temporarily reduce braking response.
What can be temporary
After washing or deep water, that change in friction can be brief. It is a wet-disc effect, not automatically a failed brake.
What needs inspection
Persistent pulling, warning lights or an abnormal pedal feel require inspection rather than repeated test braking.
